Default Loud audiences.......

I tuned into Lets Make a Deal and then followed by The Price is Right this morning. First time watching those since I was a stay at home mom...no soap,operas....but anyway, formats haven't changed, but emcees and audiences sure have. Audiences are so loud, sometimes couldn't hear what contestants/emcee was saying....and some of the gesturing was so put on......has anyone ever gone to any of these shows personally? Come to think of it, I am a fan Wheel of Fortune and have noticed that audience there is more vocal too......

As much as I enjoy Dancing with the Stars it annoys me when they are talking and the audience continues clapping. I think they are only following 'clapping signs' - but, why do they do that?

I can't even stand canned laughter anymore. I have started watching The Andy Griffith Show with no sound, since I know the stories already.

I can't even handle the news cable channels when people are talking over each other to get their point across.
But no, have never been in an audience but I imagine that most people who would go, would enjoy the noise and atmosphere.
Give me peace and quiet and limited crowds.

getting on the subject here on the price is right. i am wondering why the people on there jump on the host drew. i wish they would stop injuring him. he has back trouble. i think the announcer tells them not to jump the host but they do it any way. they have no respect for drew. my two cents

We have never watched any game shows.

We have been watching Andy Griffith and Mash. To us they are as funny now as when they were new, years ago. Just plain simple clean fun.

The only game show I watch is Jeopardy. I've been watching it since I was a young girl. Love that show!

I watch the Wheel of fortune and Jeopardy -- tried with the Price is Right but hated it.

I have the same complaint about Good Morning America. Many times I can't hear the info because the audience is so loud.
