LUNAR eclipse tonight

tonite is supposed to be a full lunar eclipse, which is happening on the first day of the winter solstice. hasn't happened in three hundred years!!! those in Texas will be able to see it the best!
Who's gonna watch for it?????

last nite was such a full moon that when I woke at 2:30a.m. I thought it was time to get up.

I will have to check it out. did not know Texas was the best place to see it. I know the moon was really bright last night.

Watched the moon last night and early this morning. Such a pretty shade of orange! Can't wait until tonight.

There's also supposed to be a meteor shower. :D How cool will that be. I've got my alarm set.

I know it's a poor substitute, but you can view it live online. http://www.nasa.gov\watchtheskies It's cloudy here so I guess I'll watch it on my monitor.
