Vanogay it is called eating because the food is calling you. I am very guilty of it. I ate some almonds last night because someone left them out on the counter. I wasn't even hungry. I grabbed a handfull on my way to bed. I have been trying to get my DH and DS to put food away when they are done with it so I can stay out of it. They and me aren't doing very well at it.
I hope I do ok this month. I have been exercising a lot this month. SO far I have done 30 or more minutes on the elliptical every day but one. I do bootcamp on Tues night and walk on Fridays after work. We have a field trip for special Olympics next week which means we run around all day. The weather here has been pretty yucky and we have had indoor recess almost every day for 2 weeks. This means we run around in the gym for 30 minutes. The scale had better be good to me on Saturday at my weigh in.
I have a quilt class tonight for an optical illusion quilt. I bought it for me with some money I got for Christmas.

I'm having a hard time adjusting to not having a set schedule. Lost some, gained some back, still down for the month but not much. I wish it would stop raining so I would feel more like walking.

I was a bad, bad girl at my retreat. There was just too darn much good food. But I did get quite a bit done on my Irish quilt. This is from a block swap. Eleven of us will have our quilts shown at the quilt fest in Ireland this summer. My block is the center one. One of the gals at the retreat is going to quilt it for me. I can't wait to see what she does with it.

Well, I was only down 2 tenths today at my weigh in. However...I can now fit into a size 20 pants that have a zipper and a button. I was in a size 26 starting in Jan. 2013. It's a slow process, but it's better than continuing in the other direction. Next week is when I get measured again. Hopefully there will be some changes from the last time. Hang in there everyone. We can do this.

Pam I love the quilt. Lots of gorgeous blocks. Cindy glad to hear the scale has stopped moving in the wrong direction. I weigh in Saturday. Hopefully it will be good news. I was only down a tiny bit last week but I ate a really salty meal on Friday night.
I stopped at the mall on the way home tonight. Huge mistake. I bought a bunch of clothes. I was a size 24 or 26 last year. I bought 2 pairs of pants in the regular dept ( no more plus size for me). I bought a skort in a size 18 that is a little bit loose:-)
