I just come across some books written by Marie Bostwick and was wondering if anyone has read them? Some titles I was wondering about are "A Single Thread", "A Thread of Truth", "A Thread so Thin" and her newest "Threading the Needle". Yes she is also a quilter. I just started "A Single Thread" Can't wait to read some more.

I just downloaded her books to my Kindle Friday. A guild member told me they were very good and she is loaning them to guild members but they read too slow! It would be months before I got my turn. LOL
You would love Lorraine Snelling Red River series. Very good books with quilting bees and sewing involved.

I have all four! I read the first 3 and have the other on hold, reading something else. She writes good books, Bostwick that is!

I also love her books. I've read the first 3 and have just gotten the 4th one. Ready to start reading tomorrow. I feel like I could be in them as they are comfortable and very real. You'll enjoy them.

If you like novels written by quilters, you should check out the Elm Creek Quilts series by Jennifer Chiaverini. Beautifully written books! :)

I have read all of the Elm Creek Series and loved them!
I think that enhanced my love the civil war fabrics and patterns.
I love those books!
