Mark posted on his blog today under marklipinski.com that he has end stage kidney failure and needs a donor. Most of you know he is a renowned quilter and past editor and owner of Quilting Home. I was shocked to hear this.

I know it is beyond sad. He has an adopted son in high school and a significant other. 25 years in the quilting business and he was just starting on another adventure. I won't give up. Pleanty have had kidney donors and done well. With his following, he should be able to get a donor fast.

He's in our prayers too. But I agree with his following he will have no trouble finding a donor.

Mark is so positive a man. He just signed up to do another year with QNN.tv. His blog is getting lots of support. It'
s shocking when news like this first hits. Then we have a moment and think...it's very do-able. God Bless you Mark

I too have end stage kidney failure, and he can live a full life with/without a donor. It is amazing what dialysis can do for a person. Yes..it is a pain, but I bet he can afford to dialize at home. He will be ok...but a transplant would fix the problem!
