Saw this article in the paper -
People are making teddy bears out of their loved one's garments for a sentimental keepsake. Seems like a nice way to remember someone.
"A couple that run a Forest Lake funeral home now offer workshops where grieving families turn a deceased person's clothing into a cuddly bear."

My Mom had a fur cape and some time after she passed, I had the cape made into teddy bears. The fur wasn't anything fancy, probably muskrat! There was enough fur for a bear for each of my three children and one for me, too. I was pleased with mine but my kids said told me that it would be okay if I kept their bear for them. Regardless, I thought it was a good idea!
