Merry Christmas everyone. I hope your day has been a great one. Plus I hope the weather has been cooperating and you can do whatever you had planned.

Thank you and merry Christmas to you. Changes certainly occur as the years march on. Now that there are just two of us, we don't have the jumble of torn wrapping paper, squeals of excited children, etc. I'm not complaining. I am certainly appreciative that we are together and relatively healthy. We don't shop for each other. We don't need anything for which I'm thankful! Instead, we shop for a family, buying many food items to help them along for a time. It is wonderful to be able to help others, and this is a family we know who deserves an extra bit of help.

Merry Christmas to all. I had family Christmas last night. Kids went to in-laws today, so I am alone. I'm working on enlarging a fleece blanket for my 19yo grandson. He's grown quite a bit since I made it for him a few years ago. He's over 6' tall now.

I gotta get me an Elf! I think I need one to help me get some things done, if he doesn't disappear or hide things too often.
