I am making some Pennie Pockets for some friends of mine. These are very fun but very addictive to make!!

For a swap I'm in.

I made some of these for door prizes for quilt class. I put a few notions in each one. they were a big hit.

I used to make these we called them May baskets to hang on a neighbors door with seeds and such in them.

We called those May baskets in MN when I was little. Put all sorts of goodies in them and left them at our friends doors and ran~~ Love your Pennie pocket and the way you embellished it with the beads and yo yo. Very cute!

I see your from NW MO. Just drove through the NW corner last week and stopped at a cute quilt store in Kearney called Sew Bee It. Picked up a few cute fabrics for my stash!

Penny Pockets! Now, isn't that a clever use of embellishments, and practical hanging gift with beauty, inspiration, and some gifts without spending $$$ tons!
