Happy tears for him and his wife. Barb
be happy
I saw the blanket and thought about all my Pendleton Woolen Mill blankets I have that are so bright and colorful and thought that this one was pretty but not a "look at me" blanket. I wonder what made that first man take his blanket to The Road Show? If I had it, I wouldn't have taken it there. I wouldn't have known it was anything special. Stupid me. Glad there are people out there who have a feeling about things and check into them and find out if they are special. I am so happy for the second man who sold his blanket. What a story!!! Just like "GreatStarter", I probably wouldn't have followed through. I probably wouldn't even know where to go to get it appraised. And my Pendleton Woolen Blankets that are so beautiful to look at? Probably not even worth what I paid for them. They're machine made.
