Default Money Purse, side hip

I'm having a garage sale soon and wanted something to have my money in
*LOL* came up with this from repurposed jeans.....I really want to do one in faux leather but need info on how to
sew with faux leather, needle size -tenson etc.

That's a great idea. I think it looks a lot better than some of those "fanny packs" I've seen.

I just wear a carpenter apron with 3 pockets. Got it free from Menards many eons ago. Don't have to fuss with buttons for zippers.

I have sewn a lot of things with the faux leathers and they are not hard, just use a denim needle and walking foot.

that's a very good idea, but I would make mine wider and not as long. it would be easier to get in and out of.

i like the nail apron from home depot as well ...if you make your own out of fun fabric or a home depot one......you have 3 pockets one for little bills one for big ones and a pocket for change .......i made them when i was working in food service ...made some in denim and some fun fabrics .....

Thanks for all the great suggestions, and the reply's and info too -lovingmama I am in a warmer place, but lately it hasn't been to warm *LOL* but it will soon I live in Florida...
