I do not really like the taste of coffee so i normaly drink hot chocolate or warm tea in the mornings. Every once in a while i will get a vanilla bean frapacino or straberrys and cream frapacino form starbucks. In the afternoons i normaly drink tea sometimes soda but not very often. My grandma and Aunt drink coffe all day while they work on their projects so i was curious as to what every one else drinks?? or if they drink anything while working? does any ony have a rule of no drinks/food around their projects?

I love Lemon hot tea, iced tea, ice water, coffee and hot chocolate. Oh and cranberry juice--unsweetened.

No rules here-I make my own and what I say goes!!LOL I like Ice tea for a cold drink-sometimes just soda water with a bit of fruit juice for flavor (what ever happens to be opened in the fridg). At night, or when I am cold, hot tea-MUST have my pot of tea in the morning, and either jasmine green tea or chai green tea at night (can't take cafine at night if I want any kind of sleep at all!). Sometimes DH will bring me in a cognac in the evening, but that usually ends my quilting for the night after it is finished!!

I'm one of those no food or drink near the project people. Don't know why, I've never had a mishap but it just seems to make sense. Also, due to back problems it helps to take frequent breaks so the trip to the kitchen for a drink or a snack works for me. As for what I drink, it varies. Whatever I happen to be in the mood for at the time. But I don't drink coffee all day so it will likely be water or a soft drink.

No drink or food in my sewing room, don't want to chance spilling on either machine - sewing or laptop computer.
My dogs get wild at time playing and tend to bump things.
Easier to just not have food/drink nearby. If I want something I go to the kitchen and have it there, then come back to sewing.

No beverages or food in my sewing room, my rule for ME. I need the breaks to go to kitchen for a drink, so it works good for me.
