Please give us more information about what is unclear or the title of the pattern to see if anyone on here might have the same one.

I thought the directions were difficult to understand. Once I got it, I made the mug rug. It came out sooooo badly that I couldn't even bring myself to take a picture. NO EVIDENCE!! of my lack of ability. After a few attempts, I realized that I can NOT make 3 dimensional objects with a sewing machine. LOL. Good luck with the pattern. I have seen some really nice ones made.

Maybe you could post the name of the pattern so the rest of us directionally challenged can steer clear of it.

Yes it is the Simplicity Pattern 2450 I am going to call them tomorrow and see what they have to say. I finally figured part of it but now I do not know what to do with the top part. If I just sat long enough I probably will figure it all out otherwise will do what suits me. I have not purchased a pattern in over 50 yrs and paying $15.95 just threw me away. I remember paying .50 cents. LOL

I have the same pattern and can't figure out how to attach to outside pocket part. I gave up and just threw my fabric in the trash. I got my pattern at Hancock Fabrics for .99 cents.

Someone posted the mug rugs she made with that same pattern.....maybe about 2-3 days ago. Might want to do a search....maybe you can PM her and ask for her help with what's causing you trouble.
