When I got up this morning, I found a folded piece of paper on the kitchen table. My husband had written...Happy Birthday, I love you very much!

I opened it up and there was a shiny penny. He had written..."I was going to get you a shiny new Lincoln but...I thought you'd rather have an "old Franklin" instead. Yep, he had left me a $100 dollar bill for my birthday.

I haven't spent any of it yet...too many choices. haha

Even after 35 years of marriage he makes my heart flutter!

I love the fact that he went to the trouble of composing his own birthday message to go with the gift. Very thoughtful! You are both blessed!!!

I bet he knows there is something that you were wanting and he found a clever way to let you know he loves you and wants you to get just the perfect thing with the money. Good guy!
