My Simba loves to get in boxes, buckets, etc. Every time a new box comes in the house, I put it in the kitchen for him, it takes him about 3 seconds to be in it! He loves laundry baskets, too.
Sorry to hear about all that has befallen her! Its a shame, because it sounds like all that could have been prevented had a selfish cat owner just kept her sick cat home that day!
At least she has you to love her! When Simba lost his leg, my vet asked if we wanted to put him down! I couldnt' believe it, he said you'd be surprised at how many owners choose to have them put to sleep because they have handicaps.
