Rescue Dogs are very special. We had 3 Chihuahua's and a friend who lives 4 hours away found one on a busy highway who was so scared and very skinny took her in and nursed her back to health (4 vet visits) called us and asked us if we wanted anothe one. Well we now have 4 and love them so much.

In February 2007 I found the most perfect dog ever. He came from a no kill facility in Minnesota and he is so sweet we call him our 75 pound marshmallow. He has only one bad habit - he sheds like a cheap rabbit jacket. And ok, he does makes this whiney nasal whistle sound whenever he thinks I should be in the room watching him sleep instead of doing housework, lol. If someone will tell me how to post a picture I will share.

God bless you,,,she is so lucky to have found her forever home. I walk dogs at the Animal Shelter and it is so rewarding.

Those loving animals make the most loving family members.

Enjoy your new baby.

She sure is lucky to have found a forever home. What a sweetheart - both you and your dog. We have always had rescue dogs whether from a shelter or just bad conditions. They are the best.
