These curves had me sweating! But good practice for a quilt with curved pieces some day. (I'm very much a beginner and just now confident with straight lines!) These were so much fun and I enjoyed my little vacation from work last week sewing up a storm for two little girls I love.

I learned that I am horrible at reading and following instructions. I've regressed since elementary school! I'm sure most seams were ripped and fixed!

The back of the dress is pretty open, so the bloomers will peep out!

These bloomers took longer than anything. I need a serger!

I made clothes for me and mine for 40 years before getting into quilting. Curves are not a problem but points are.

Those outfits are precious! Keep plugging along. You'll get the hang of it.

Oh, they are so cute. The bloomers are definitely worth the extra work that they required.
