Default My New Sitting Pretty Pincushion

I saw this link on here once to make this pincushion and I am finally getting around to knocking it off of my list! In my sewing room, though, all of the blue notions/tools/accessories are mine and all of the pink or purple notions/tools/accessories belong to my two daughters, so I did not go with the original pink/green color scheme. If I had, I'm sure I would be posting about my daughters' new pincushion, lol!

I added a button to the reverse side of the pincushion (the pattern only called for one button on one side) so that it's reversible. The inside is the perfect size for holding a pair of snips, some safety pins, chalk and other small notions.

That is really cool. I love it!!

So what do you stash under the cushion?
Is it large enough to hide a few pieces of chocolate?

It is large enough! I hadn't thought of that! I like the way you think! I've just kept basic notions in it.

Now that is just too cute!! Love your colors too. Many many years ago I gave my mom a pincushion someone made from a tuna can shaped like a chair. She loved it!
