OMG, I have wonderful childhood memories of that dirty little oil town. I have 5 precious cousins that lived there for several years and my sister and I spent most of those summers visiting them. Yes, my uncle was a toolpusher! What wonderful work you are doing!

Alll the quilts made by the inmates are donated to nursing homes, hospices, day care facilities, fire, sheriff, ambulances & who ever else can use them. Some of the quilts are given to the Western Heritage Museum & the Lea County Center for the Arts for their gift shops. It's my way of saying "Thank you" for having all the quilt-related events they do.

Wow!! My hat's off to U... The Texas inmates, I think, don't do such but my kin is getting a lot of college classes, so that's a good thing.
