    The first time I saw one of these spiders was when I was about10-12 visiting family in Ohio.
    I just remember thinking that it scared me a little, but it was also one of the prettiest spiders I had ever seen.
    It was on my Great Auntie's house under an eve.
    I still this it is a pretty spider.

    I can admire it on my monitor but in person...yikes! I am not a big fan of spiders and if they stay outside, they are safe. Inside and all bets are off!

    I don't mind snakes but I about wrecked the tractor when I ran into one of these webs. The webs are extremely sticky. I wouldn't have to be bitten by one of these, I would die of a heart attack if one got on me.
