You are good QuiltnNan!!!!! Just made home made biscuits for our strawberry shortcake. Trick I learned from the Mother.....Slice your shortcake in half, zap it for about 30 seconds. Then lift the top, put on the strawberries, cover it, put on more strawberries and, of course, real whipped cream. There is something about the hot biscuit and the cold strawberries that puts you in Minnesota summer Heaven, right??????

My very first thought was fresh peach ice cream from the peach tree in the backyard----if the squirrels don't get them first. If they do, there's a great fruit and veggies stand right down the road.

How do you do the lobster burger?

Tomatoes fresh from vine...ummmm. Iced tea is a year round thing for me...24-7, 365....

well you all have created a huge problem for me--deciding whats for supper just got WAAAAY harder but I already have dessert ready -freshly picked Blackberry Cobbler still warm from the oven with Blue Bunny vanilla ice cream
