I am going to a meeting of the Queen Bees. One of the small groups in the Prairie Quilt Guild in Wichita. I have a pot of stew on simmering now to take for lunch.

Not sure whether we are getting rain or snow tomorrow. I will be in all day sewing, then going out to Mom's to bring her dinner after she gets home from daycare...Hope it isn't too bad then.

Snow, freezing rain, more snow, and now freezing rain :) - typical for our weather in this part of Iowa. Hubby was able to work from home today - so it was kind of a nice day to be snowed in :)

It started here earlier today. I walked the dogs in a blizzard. I hope they appreciate it. Tomorrow - clean the house, play with my 'new' old machine and walk the dogs - and oh, shovel snow and shovel and shovel and shovel. Our weather forecast is for 1 to three inches today and 13 mph winds. The snow is coming down sideways with at least six inches on the ground already. The weatherman needs to look out the window.

IF it's a yucky day - I may as well stay home and sew all morning instead of going to a guild meeting. I'll get more done that way.

Going to be stormy here tomorrow also. Was going to ride with hubby to his doc appt. in the afternoon; but have changed my mind. If the roads are bad, I get scared and tend to upset him with my worrying and complaing; so we both agree home is where I belong lol.

Yea, freezing rain in the am. I can't go to the gym so I guess I'll alternate between getting rid of some clutter, sewing and reading an Elm Creek quilter book.
