My post got moved. after seven hours of pain i'm a bit better now. finally!! At least i can go fix my hubby breakfast and get dressed.
as far as the insurance company is concerned, i have yet to get anything telling me my premium cost. I did refinance the loan and even made a few extra principal payments on it. i'm out of money now so no more extra pmts unless i get work.

I have a compression fracture in the L-1 from 1994 and it is still bothering me. I also have arthritisis in lower back so when I fall all @#$%^ breaks loose and in pain for a while. I have a tough time sitting and not able to lift too much. Good Luck, I hope yours get better.
