May in Jersey

Thank you all for your wonderful advice. Finally am breathing right but it's been a long month. This is the first time I've ever had such a big problem. I probably dehydrated on the flight to Las Vegas, got worse with the extra dry air out there, flight home didn't help and arrived home at one of the biggest allergy seasons. Saw doctor the other day and he suggest antihistime and nasal spray which I had been using but have to say the use of vasiline was the best advice. My passages were so dry that it was making me crazy, saline nasal spray helped but only for a shor time but when I tried the vasiline it was instant relief. Will be getting some Naso Gell and Spray to keep in my purse and travel bag along with antihistime so I can get relief from any future attacks ASAP.
