Need help with my tassels

I'm making a table runner with tassels and am not sure how to sew the bulky tassel on. Any sugertipns?

Not quite sure why - but Las Vegas showgirls was my first thought before reading about your tablerunners.

Thread some of the cord through the top loop and sandwich that piece of cord in your table runner.

a tassel is a tassel no matter where it goes.LOL
but the answer is to use some cord thru the tassel and attach that to your table runner,
