Default new pan liners

Saw this advertised on TV the other day - foil backed parchment paper. No more tearing of the tin foil while trying to scoop food out of casserole dishes. Got some this morning - can't wait to try it.

Who makes it. Seems you could use it two ways, for cooking things that need foil or for baking cookies or other baked goods on. Will have to look for it.
