I just want everyone to take time for themselves. I recently, did not feel well, but did not know why. I went to the cardiologist and he decided to do a heart cath on me. Well, a dual bypass from 6 years ago had a graft tear and I needed 4 stints. No wonder I was feeling bad. Just remember, we have to take care of our selves. Most woman do not do anything till it is too late. If you feel bad, see your doctor.

Glad you are better now. When you have "been there & done that", you have the voice of experience to warn all of us to take care of ourselves. Thank you, very much. We do try to remember this ... but life encourages us to forget.
