A New Word Game with a Geographical Twist

In this word game, we're coming up with names of towns, states, countries and continents. Each succeeding person provides a location beginning with the last letter of the location given by the player before.
For instance, if we were playing with the topic Animals it could go like this: Dog; Gorillla; Anteater; rat......
I'll start with my town: Savannah.
The next person gives a location starting with the last letter of Savannah: H.
Try to keep the game going and not dead-end it by giving a location no one can follow, like Halifax.
