Default No guilt cake!!

I'm probably way late posting this - Cake mix and soda! DGS & I made it with a white cake and orange soda! Tres Yum!!!

It is kinda light and fluffy, but definitely cake! Think I'll put in some passion fruit with it next time!

I have made cake this way for a long time,,, a chocolate cake mix with a can of diet soda is so moist, it needs no frosting. Thanks for sharing

It looks like a fun way to make it with kids too. I wonder what yummy combos we all could dream up?

Kitsie, I love your idea of adding the fruit. It would be neat to try your orange pop version and spread orange marmelade between the layers.

Sounds interesting but I don't quite get the "no guilt" part, as most of the calories are in the cake mix, itself.
