No quilting this week but I did make a Raggedy Ann Doll

Doll is for grand niece Meagan who will be christened on Sunday.
Made many of these dolls years ago for my granddaughters and nieces but didn't remember that they are labor intensive. Made a few mistakes this time, didn't cut the skirt on the fold and wondered why the dress was so tight, fixed that and made the same dumb mistake when cutting the apron. In spite of my mistakes she came out pretty cute. May in Jersey

I remember I bought these dolls at a craft fair when my daughter had her first Christmas and put them under the tree. They scared her to death and she would just scream when she saw them. I had to remove them. Laugh when we think of that now.
