So, I went to the town Parade today. I sat in the sun, cause I wanted to balance out my other arm so that it would at least look like it matched the car window arm.

Now I have a sun burn on my shoulder... and probably else where... and it itches... so not cool.

I was scheduled for a sun burn next Saturday while at the beach! ;)

You could also add some vinegar to your bath water and soak for awhile, that always seemed to help me. I did it before I put the aloe on.

I agree with Rapture Ready. When I was a teen, vinegar was all we knew. Hadn't heard of aloe then.

if you don't have any aloe or vinegar, you can use tea
