Default Not a Quilt, but a Birthday Gift

I am slowly making a Grandma's Garden quilt by hand, so I won't be posting a picture of that for a while...but started working on my DGD's birthday gift...really these are for her American Girl Doll...the rich Grandma gave her for Christmas.

So cute! Did you make matching outfits for your granddaughter?

No...hudgoddess...I thought that would be cute too...but for some reason my kid clothes don't come out as cute....and getting them to fit is more work.

The American doll girls freak me out. LOL. Glad I have 2 boys! . My mom made my sisters and me a few outfits but by 7 or so we didn't want 'homemade' clothes. Shame on us. Cute doll clothes! Bet your DGD will love to dress her doll with these additions.

I would rather buy clothing for my critters from the build a bear workshop than myself.

Sure cute outfits.

This 'not rich' Grandma gave my DGD an American Girl type doll to her for her December birthday. Now to make the outfits. I even found patterns to make shoes.
