Had an Ok month, lost 4 pounds.. Started Customized Fat Loss..seems to work because it customized a plan for your body type etc.. If you want to know more here's a review- review

Congratulations SewNSo. Another good month for you - every other month and you should have lots of FQs to make a quilt to remind you of what you have gained (and lost!!)

wow, i won. thx. no, every other month, it won't be. can't believe my 5 lbs let me win. been out of town for a funeral, and a kid in the family took us to a couple of his resta'rts. Oh,,,, so good, but i was as good as i could be. had grilled eggplant, peppers, mushroom, parmas. cheese plattter. veryyyyy good. see you all next month.
