    Isn't waterproof...........LOL

I sent the poor thing through an entire wash cycle last Friday!

So after agonizing over the Verizon website deciding which phone to pick. We just want one that makes and receives calls, takes pictures and an occasional text message or two from the kids.
I found one finally yesterday, placed the order at 4:23 pm. And it arrived today at 12:36 pm!! Best off all it was free w/ a 2 yr. contract. We already have a 2 yr. contract with them, so no biggie there.

Oops (rofl). My friend sents her down the toilet and it doesn't work well that way either. Glad to hear the fix was positive and you can laugh!!

I am going to try the rice thing. Maybe I can get it to work long enough to get some photos transfers onto the smartcard.

My DH recently left his in his pants pocket after work, and the next morning I put the load into the washer without checking. When I took the pants out of the washer, there was the phone at the bottom of the tub. We tried drying it out for a few days while he used another phone, but no luck. It DIED in the washer!!
