Default Officially Old(er)

Okay guys,

It has gone midnight here so I am officially 50..... Now I'm not looking for any congrats, I would just like to share with you all my heartfelt love that I send out to my Mother and Brother...... Neither of them reached the age I am today and I miss them so. My mum died when she was just 49 and my wonderful brother died when he was just 43.

I am so grateful for every day and I just want you all to share my good fortune of ageing with me and I am giving you all advanced warning.......... I am going to grow old disgracefully - LOL!

Thank you for letting me share.

Hugs

Caroline

Caroline, so glad for your 50th birthday. You have a good sense of humor, and that will definitely help you to age gracefully. So sorry your mum, and brother died so early. I've reached 85 and DH is 87 and still work 10 to 12 hrs a day. They say it keeps us young. I know it makes us tired.LOL Here's to at least 40 more for you.

Congratulations. What a bittersweet day. My dad has had several heart attacks that began in is 40's. I am 58 and I am grateful for each year also. My dad is still kicking and he turns 82 next month. The other day he said "If I had known I was going to live this long, I would have taken better care of myself." I can relate.
