Just announced on tv. Folger, Dunkin Dounuts and someone else said their prices are going up by 11%. What will all us coffee drinkers do? I predict alot of people cutting back and not dealing well with it. :-D

I don't drink coffee. But I am sure that alot of people will be a little mad over this. Thats a shame prices going up like they are when people can't afford to survive hardly.

I'm betting many, many people do the same. People stick to their vices.

I've already switched to a cheaper brand of coffee as I drink so much. Can't say I can tell a difference in taste. I was getting it at Dollar General for $4 a can, but it has jumped to $5.75 a can. Still cheaper than Folgers.

I drink Maxwell House - 2 cups a day. I have a Keurig which makes a cup at a time. I use just a little over a teaspoon of grounds per cup. So the jugs that they sell last me 4 - 5 months instead of less than one month. The bags that they sell of various flavored coffee, last me a month.
I bought the adapter which you can use any coffee grounds as it is cheaper that way instead of using the K-cups.

Gonna be the same way I am over the other rise in prices - be a lot pickier about which coffee or tea I buy.
