Ok this made me cry . This team was behind the last 6 minutes of the game. They made arraingements with the other team to put in one of their players with down syndrome. His dream was to make a touch down and they fullfilled it for him. You have to watch it to see the true spirit of the game these kids were so wonderful. This happened on Friday the joy on the teams face!!!!

I live not to far from where this game was. I didn't know this had happened. I'm proud to say I'm from Washington State. Thanks for sharing. You made my night

I saw this on the news. We see and hear and experience so much that is negative about today's youth, but this story was a reminder to me of all that is RIGHT about the majority of young people.

I really love this story. It gives you an alternative view of today's teenagers rather than what usually makes the news.

My degree is in early childhood education with disabilities. EVERY child that I have ever met with Down and/or any other disability are absolutely wonderful people. My best friend has two younger siblings who have Down as well as other issues. I always spent a lot of time with them both.

We really need to take a page from their book on life. Every day is a gift and everything that happens is a wonder. If we lived our lives like that, the world would be a much better place.
