Well, to me :D I don't expect all of you to go crazy over this but an amazing lady on this board sent me these!!!!!!!!!!
Derek Jeter hit his 3000th hit, making him the only Yankee ever to hit them all as a Yankee. He is among only 28 guys in baseball history to reach 3000.
In case you don't know him, he exemplifies what is good about baseball.

Congrats to Jeter and "your" Yankees. I watched that game and really enjoyed all he did that day. Still think he should have gone to the All Star game tho. What a neat gift from a friend that knows you well.
