I thought I would show you the results of my painting while my husband was gone fishing.

my mom put the puzzle together and dad made the frame

new frame for our wedding picture- I need to put it in straight

My husband picked out the drapes and I made the half moon curtain

The bedding looks better than the picture shows. I bought fabric for a quilt

color is more true here, my brother painted the high areas for me

What a restful, warm, welcoming room! Nicely done! I need you to come to my home and redo my bedroom! You have a knack for decorating. I just put stuff together and call it home. LOL...

DA... that is exactly what I have been doing the last few days! My hubby is gone too... in Alaska fishing with his brother. I have finished a bedroom, the bath room, and a couple touch up jobs.
I also wanted to say that your bedroom is almost the exact color that I painted ours. Except yours looks nicer... I have no decorations up yet... and want to get a new bed.
I also have a half moon window like that.... how did you make the curtain for that? YOU GO GIRL! IT LOOKS GREAT!

JC Penneys has the rods and you can make the shears to fit. Directions are with the rod.
