It is an old pattern made with a size 6 steel crochet hook
Lovely, I did this one several years ago. There aren't too many of us doily makers left. Have you seen the software for crochet? I love this one. Check out: CrochetDesigns.com

That is so beautiful. I know the work that you have put into it as I used to crochet doilys and tablecloths years ago even lace hankies..... but them my eyes were better. The pattern is so lovely. Thanks for sharing...Bea

Lovely! Is it a vintage pattern, or new? I couldn't tell from the picture.

So pretty and dainty! It reminds me of my grandmother's home. What a peaceful and happy place.

Beautiful work! I love thread crochet and usually take it with me on trips as it is very portable.

It is fabulous! Are you going to frame it? That's what I'd do with it! Boy, seeing something this beautiful makes me wish I could crochet!

I'm the same way. Years ago I had an interior design kinda store & at an estate sale, we picked up a slew of FABULOUS antique doilies (that we ended up framing) & I've been hooked ever since. Ditto hankies...
