Default Paper Piecing at a New Level

My four year old GS & I were finishing little fabric Christmas stockings. He went to his room and drew some ornaments and stockings. Then he came downstairs to my sewing room and asked me to sew them together. I told him I would and that there was a quilting technique called paper piecing (which I've never done)! I sewed them together and he was thrilled!

Isn't it amazing? The things we do for our grands. My DD says I spanked her for things her kids get rewarded for. I don't think so, but my perspective has definitely changed. LOL!
