I remember thinking that when the kids were small seemed like I couldn't even get peace & quiet in the darn bathrm...now I miss those days lol

They (and we) are herd animals and the herd must stick together (smile). Yes, my cat does this as well.

Apparently I am not able to "make potty" by myself without cat supervision. It's funny when I offer to supervise them when they are in the litterbox - they are oddly offended...

I have a small american eskimo that is 1 1/2 yrs old and follows me anywhere. At night she's always sleeping in my room; somewhere. Normally it's under the edge of my bed. I get up alot of times during the night and she's right behind me; all of the time. I go back to bed and she does so. I went to the doctor about getting up to go thru out the night so much; I told him that my dog and I are exhausted from not getting very much sleep because of going all night; he laughed.

I have noticed that my son always wants to converse with me when I am in the bathroom. He is 14 and been doing it since he could walk.

I used to look forward to the time when the children were old enough that I could close the bathroom door but no sooner did that happen than I acquired a lab puppy who cried and scratched the door if I closed it. I had to be careful getting out of the shower because she laid down in front of it. The next dog learned the same habits from her and the present on does the same. If I wanted privacy I would have to leave home.

I have 3 french bulldogs - I wonder if they think I am going to jump out the bathroom window - because if I close the door - one by one they push it open and watch - I just hope they aren't making nasty comments to each other. When Iam sewing -usually they are in the background close - sometimes when they really want attention - one of them will sit on my foot pedal and my machine goes crazy.
