Default Keepsake's website

Is anyone else experiencing problems with Keepsake's website? I received their new catalog and went to the website to get a better look at some of the quilts, since you can enlarge the pictures. Every time I leave a page it adds the item I was just looking at to my cart. I tried to avoid this by putting 0 in the quantity box and THEN leaving the page, but now I have an error message in red that says please specify a quantity greater than 0, and it won't let me leave that page! I'm being held hostage by a website, lol!

Very bizarre...

It could be a problem with your browser. If you use Internet Explorer, it might be time to clear your cache! Not to worry- it is easy.

Close all your open sites. Go to the upper right corner where it should say Tools in the menu bar. Click on that. Then go to the bottom and click on Internet Options. To the middle of the page it will say something to the effect of clear temporary files or words to that effect. If you have never done this it could take quite a while. Just let the machine work.

Then try the site again. If you are still having issues with their site, then call Keepsake and get further help.

Try using Mozilla Firefox for your browser. It is free and all you have to do is download it and you will be ready to order online- Internet Explorer does not do well with many online ordering sites. Using Firefox I have not had any issues. Good Luck!!

Oh, I dumped IE long, long ago. Firefox is my main browser, and Chrome is my backup. I tried both and got the same results. So then I rebooted and it's been fine. When in doubt, reboot - that's my motto!
