Default Peace Sign Bag

This was an exciting purse to make. It was my first ever attempt at applique'. I received the pattern as a gift over a year ago from one of the monthly swaps here. The pattern is by Sweet Seams and it's called Peace Sign Bag.
It's a 12 x 16 x 7 bag, three pockets on the back, one on each side, a key pouch inside. And I added an extra pocket inside to hold my wallet, a note pad and a pen. The drawstring is the string they use to tie jelly rolls up. (I knew hoarding that would come in handy one day. My key ring is to big to put them in the key pocket, so it is now called my CCW permit holder.

Enjoy

It looks like your first attempt at applique went well. I'm sure you will enjoy the bag.
