Penzey's Spices
Does anyone use these? My SIL gave me a small jar of smoked paprika when we were at their house Christmas. I used it on some chicken and it was delicious. I was told they are much better than the ones you get at the store.

Love Penzey's, but they are expensive if you have to pay shipping. My dh usually makes a trip once a year or so to the Penzey's store downtown. He would go more often if it took less time to get there and back.

I've been using Penzey's for at least 20 yrs. Back then I had to order from paper catalogs-I would call in my order. Now I order online. Shipping is free if you spend at least $30. I usually spend way more than that each time. I really love Fox Point seasoning-I use it on eggs and for roasted potatoes.
If I happen to be near a store I like to stop in but it's easier for me to order online. The nearest store is over 2 hours away.

Penzey's is across Houston from us -- in the Heights -- but is well worth the trip. We plan our trip about once a month. It's fun to sniff the sample jars and come away with a bag full of goodies each time. Never knew there were so many different types of any one spice!

Love Penzey's! I have bought from them for nearly 20 years. Used to go to their original store in Milwaukee area when I was visiting up there. Have ordered on line - always a good experience. They even same day shipped a second wedding gift when it didn't look like the first would get here on time. All I had to do was refuse the first shipment when it finally arrived - no extra cost. I love their lemon pepper and Chicago Seasoning. The Chicago is great on steaks, salmon, pork chops.
