    A friend had the same type of issue with an email about paypal - wanting account information - never!!!!

    There is one going around that is from FED-EX. It tells you to print out your receipt and take it in tot he local store.
    If you do click the "print button" it goes onto your computer. It looks official until you look closely at the "from" email address.

    Don't ever think that the government (from the top to the bottom) can't get any information that want on anyone. Even the computer whiz neighbor kid can do things beyond our imaginations. Remember, "Big Brother is Watching"
