A friend of mine has asked if I could make this pillow, found on the Michael Miller website:

http://www.michaelmillerfabrics.com/...mp_Cushion.pdf

The pattern talks about interfacing the front and back pieces with canvas. Where would I get canvas?

Thanks!!

Many places sell canvas, Joanns, WalMart, other fabric stores :D:D:D

You could also use substitutes, any heavy fabric that won't show through your print, or warm and natural batting. Quilt the batting and fabric, then cut out your circle.

I think they are just trying to give the fabric some body :D:D:D

I bCk mine with quilt batting, makes it less lumpy looking, especially if not using a pullow form.

Yes, you can buy it anywhere that sells fabric, but I don't think you even need it. It would make the pillow really stiff and firm, IMO. If you use a 14" foam pillow form (adjust the side edges accordingly), it should be firm enough, especially if you use quilted fabric on the top and bottom.
