I bought the jars at Walmart also, I bought a box of 12 for 7.97 to make the same thing. I just love making these things and they sell very quickly at craft fairs. And they are cute and make nice gifts.

Our WM doesn't carry the bigger boxes. The bigger box is way cheaper.

I made some of these too, using sewing themed fabric and using the tute that was posted in a previous post. In the bottom of the canning jars I put miniature clothespins, really small wound up tape measures, some small buttons and some of those small cheapie sewing spools you can get for a dollar a pack in in the dollar store. Such fun!
