I don't have a yahoo account, so it is asking me to sign up or put in a password.

I have one but it comes up with that "page not found" when I sign in. I'm guessing the link is under your id butterflywing? And we can't see it because we're not you. :-)

You keep trying to link to an item in your e-mail account. Since we don't want to have your password, how 'bout saving the item as a file on your computer, then attaching it? jpg files will display here.

i did that and this is what happened: i desktopped them and filed them under 'cats'. whatever. they had jpg numbers. i opened a posting window and tried to attach. the window stayed absolutely blank.

the annoying thing is that on another thread called admin lost his focus, i had figured out a way to move things from email to a post. it was extremely convoluted. do i remember what i did? does the sun rise in the west? since i'm compulsive and confrontational, i can't let this go. for my own peace of mind, i have to win. i know, i know! i'm crazy. in this case, i'm about to surrender.

but i know from last time that it can be done.
