My grandson Micheal would sing along with John Denver while riding in my truck.
One day I asked him to sing Country Roads for Grampa......
He said no. I shamelessly bribed him with a dollar. Again he said No.
So I lost all my scruples and said I would give him 2 dollars......his reply.........

No Gramma, I don't need the money!!

And went off to play.

LOL

The Village Green Preservation Society by The Kinks (Though I prefer the remake by Irish artist Kate Rusby)

What about The Moody Blues Nights in White Satin? I remember I bought the album in a head shop on UT campus while on a journalism trip. (can't believe I remember that) And ... Loving Touchin and Squeezin by Journey. Love me some Steve Perry.

Okay I know that this is not a 70's song, but what about Thriller or Ghost by Michael Jackson. What is Halloween without songs like this. I love all of the songs mention & I too am a die hard 70's girl. :D I hope that you have a lot of fun.

Da Doo Run Run by Shaun Cassidy

I had a huge crush on him and Parker Stevenson when they did the Hardy Boys show.
