2000HD is a new member on the board. We were attracted to each other at first cause we both have the same name. Sandra Lee! When we were chatting about that we discovered that we lived close by! Within 10 miles of each other so we decided to meet for dinner last night.

We had a wonderful dinner together and a nice chat. 2000HD is very knowledgable with quilting so now I feel I have a good instructor! Here's our pic at dinner. Oh, and this won't be our last get together! Good company together!

It's fun to meet another member...I met wyldhare17 (Donna) at our LQS on the 2nd of this month. The LQS has Sat stitchers meetings the 1st Sat of each month. We live about 15 miles apart. I hope we can get together one day soon to have lunch. She is such a nice person. crafty_linda_b

Please try to meet other quilt board members and set up meet and greets in your areas at local quilt shops, go out for lunch and have fun
